The glory of self-effort is also highlighted in Viveka Choodamani, Verses 51-52-53.People struggle to get their thoughts focused because of lack of Sraddha on their part and also suffer from\u00a0self-imposed limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0Examples: ‘The ocean does not put a ban on the quantity of water that you can carry from it; the limitations are the limitations of your own pot.’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
