Ingredients:
Mangoes - 3to4 medium size
Sugar - 4 tablespoon
Chilled curd or yogurt - 2 cup
Ice cube - 5 ice cubes (Optional)
Malai Cream - 2 tablespoon
Saffron strands - 8 strands
Chopped mangoes - 2 tablespoon
Chopped Cashew nuts - 1 tablespoon
Chopped pista - 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves springs - 4 no’s
Method:
1. Rinse, peel and chop the mangoes.
2. In a blender, puree the mangoes with sugar, saffron
3. Make a smooth puree without any lump
4. Add the chilled curd or yogurt and malai cream
5. Add ice cubes (optional)
6. Blend until all the ingredients are mixed very well
7. Pour in glasses and add top of chopped mangoes, cashew nuts, pista and mint spring
8. Serve immediately.
