Doctor visited the community

As part of the Preventive Care Program by CovaiCare, the Doctor visits the community twice a month to do a basic health check for the residents.

Learning @ Unmukt Interactive Workshop on Fall Prevention, by D. Augustine Joseph - Part 1 and Part 2

This very useful workshop was well attended by residents. In the past, we had run a 12 week Fall Prevention programme for the residents of Covai S3 Retirement Community in 2019. Many of our residents participated and got certificates at the convocation. We have requested Dr Augustine to look at the possibility of conducting this programme online for our residents.
